Role & responsibilities :-
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Support product launches, offers, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with influencers/creators for collaborations and campaigns.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
