Job Description: -

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Center monitoring, infrastructure support, and incident coordination.
- Strong hands‑on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting, ensuring quick resolution of end‑user and on‑floor technical issues.
- Fundamental understanding of networking technologies, including routers, switches, structured cabling, and crimping.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of Data Center systems, reporting alerts/events, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams until closure.
- Proficient in ticket lifecycle management using ITSM or service desk tools, ensuring documentation, tracking, and SLA compliance.
- Skilled in vendor coordination for hardware replacement, service follow‑ups, and infrastructure support within the Data Center setting.
- Accountable for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, capturing system performance, incidents, and uptime metrics.
- Experience in Data Center operations and maintenance, including physical checks, equipment health monitoring,



and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Capable guiding end user for doing First level troubleshooting steps.
- Basic working knowledge of networking, server operations, and backup environments, supporting L1‑level troubleshooting.
- Foundational understanding of Windows and Linux server operating systems, enabling effective monitoring and escalation.
- Must be willing to work in rotational 8‑hour shifts with a one‑day rotational weekly off.

Skill Requirement:
- Graduate in any discipline; IT-related qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Tamil, is mandate.
- Experience using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, ManageEngine, Remedy) is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per
