Position: Store In-charge
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Location: Por, Gidc

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain inward and outward material registers and update inventory in the ERP/Store Management System.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.




- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely material issuance.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards within the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory control and material handling.
- Assist in audits by providing inventory records and supporting documentation.

Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Understanding of FIFO and stock control methods.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of material handling, documentation, and store safety practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
