We are looking for a
Telesales Executive
to join our team and help us take
Fertility SIP – India’s First Exclusive IVF Insurance Product
to more customers.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused sales role where you will speak with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain Fertility SIP in a simple and clear manner, address their questions and help convert interested leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, fluent in English, comfortable with sales conversations and passionate about achieving targets.





Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain
Fertility SIP / IVF Insurance
benefits, coverage, eligibility and key terms.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the product value effectively.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and work towards conversion.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and insurance compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
- Experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare, IVF/Fertility or financial products will be an added advantage.
