Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, retail, CRM, and experiential channels .
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent and impactful application of the brand's visual identity and guidelines across all touchpoints globally .
- Evolve and refine brand visual guidelines, ensuring modern relevance while honoring the brand's heritage and core identity .
- Provide creative direction and oversight on photo retouching, compositing, video editing, and motion graphics .

Design & Execution
- Design and produce high-quality creative materials, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, sales presentations, product packaging, signage, digital advertising, social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, and website content .
- Manage projects from initial concept through to final production, including preparing print-ready files and optimizing assets for digital deployment .
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail,



ensuring high-quality standards are met across all visual outputs .

Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives .
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, confidently articulating creative rationale and incorporating feedback .
- Mentor, coach, and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment .

Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) .
- 5+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced agency, in-house team, or corporate workplace .

Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator .
- Strong working knowledge of motion graphics and video
