1. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:

Equipment Maintenance & Optimization
- Identify Bottlenecks & Provide Solutions: Monitor utility equipment and processes to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and system performance.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for utility equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Breakdown Management & Corrective Actions
- Attend Breakdown Maintenance: Manage and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous utility supply.
- Planning Corrective Actions by Analysing Data: Analyse data from operations and equipment failures, plan corrective actions, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.

Resource Planning, Cost Management & Spare Parts Management
- Ensure Spare Part Availability at Minimum Cost: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability at the lowest cost while maintaining operational readiness.
- Maintenance Cost Reporting:



Track and report maintenance costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget and identify areas for cost-saving improvements.

Workplace Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, participate in training, and report safety concerns promptly.

IMS Compliance
- Adhere to IMS standards, maintain documentation, and support audits and corrective actions.

ESG Commitment
- Contribute to ESG initiatives, ensure environmental compliance, and promote resource efficiency.

Qualification: BE / B Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience: 3-8 Years

Skillsets (Technical/Behavioral):

Technical:
- Sound understanding of pigments & plants operation with expertise on related engineering processes (In Utility)
- Expert knowledge of testing prototypes and procedures, Maintenance breakdown schedules
- Thorough understanding of technical manuals related to own area of specialization
- Ability to create policies and manuals relate
