Job Title: Accounts Executive (5+ Years of Experience)

Job Overview:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate documentation.

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Provide insights into financial performance and trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting:




- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Collaborate with management to ensure financial goals are met.

Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in responding to tax-related queries and audits.

Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve any payment-related issues.
