We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Counsellor to be the first point of contact for students and parents. The role involves student counselling, course enquiries, admissions, enrolment, follow-ups, CRM management and student support, while contributing to enrolment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents and understand their learning requirements.
- Provide information on music courses, programmes and enrolment.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, website and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and support lead conversion and enrolment.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records through CRM.
- Support students, parents and educators and ensure a positive student experience.
- Assist with school programmes, events and student-related activities.
- Handle initial student/teacher grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
- Achieve enrolment, sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain reports on enrolments, fee payments and related activities.
