Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, tracking
interactions, satisfaction, and issues
Train, guide, and support CRE staff; create best-practice protocols
Maintain and update customer databases, ensure data accuracy and
segmentation (new vs existing customers)
Identify repeat customers and upselling opportunities
Handle customer escalations and VOC
Book appointments, co-ordinate pickup/drop necessities, follow-up
Preparing daily reports.
Skills ; Should be from Automobile background
Should have valuable communication skills
Should be Presentable
Should have worked in TL role.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
