–CORDS KYC role

Location:
Bangalore

Hybrid

Notice Period:
Immediate to 30 days (ASAP preferred)

Experience Required:
3–8Years

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage volumes, progress, risks, and metrics related to the
KYC Refresh program
.
- Ensure proactive
client and sales engagement
across all entities to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Regularly review progress, challenges, and overall program status with respective
BCUs
within the region.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of
escalation calls and reporting
.
- Manage relationships with
external vendors
, ensuring targets are met and escalations are resolved efficiently.
- Partner with BCU, GFC, KYC Management, Program Management, and other Operations teams to drive




process improvements
and resolve complex issues.
- Manage a structured
client contact framework
to source and validate client contacts, ensuring effective outreach.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Solid proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and
PowerPoint
.
- Ability to manage and analyze
large datasets
, trackers, and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in
AML, KYC, Client Onboarding, or Client Reference Data
is highly desirable.
