Role Description

The
Sales Coordination & Follow-up Executive
is a full-time, in office position based in Gujarat, India.



The role will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure that school visits, leads, follow-ups, and customer communication are properly tracked and acted upon.

The primary responsibility will be to coordinate with sales executives regarding their daily field activities, contact schools and institutions visited by the sales team, collect feedback, maintain follow-up records, and ensure that no potential business opportunity is missed.

The role will also involve CRM and data management, preparing basic reports, coordinating meetings and product demonstrations, monitoring relevant social media activities, conducting basic online research, and supporting the sales and management teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.
