Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and exit processes in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes,



coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The role will involve maintaining HR records, assisting in payroll-related coordination, contributing to HR policy implementation, and supporting recruitment activities as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to foster a positive, high-performing work setting.
