Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and admission activities of our pre-school. The candidate will assist with lead generation, social media, parent enquiries, local promotions, events, and follow-ups to increase school admissions and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Admissions Support
- Generate enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain and update lead and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to convert enquiries into school visits and admissions.
- Track follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Assist in managing the school's social media platforms.
- Create and post engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, activities, events, and announcements.




- Coordinate with teachers and the school team to collect content.
- Support basic content creation using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor engagement and help improve social media visibility.

3. Local Marketing
- Support marketing activities around the school and nearby residential areas.
- Coordinate distribution of brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Assist with apartment, community, and local-area marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities for local partnerships and promotional activities.

4. Events & School Activities
- Assist in planning and promoting events such as:
- Open houses
- Parent orientation programs
- Kids' events
- Workshops
- Festivals and celebrations
- Admission campaigns
- Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Capture photos/videos during events for promotional use.

5. Parent Communication
- Respond professionally to basic parent enquiries.
