Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage site execution of projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress, meeting client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to achieve project goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in project management in the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of building materials, civil engineering principles, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
