Role Summary
- We’re hiring a hands-on WordPress Web Designer & Developer to own the day-to-day build and upkeep of all our web platforms. Your primary focus is creating and maintaining high-quality web site, web pages (especially landing pages), ensuring excellent performance and reliability, managing hosting and technical operations,



and handling integrations with our membership and learning platform ecosystem.
- Our stack includes WordPress, Elementor as our page builder, Member Press for memberships/subscriptions, and multiple integrations with our LMS, Xano DB, SSO, and other tools. This role sits close to marketing and product operations and requires someone who is dependable, quick, and detail-oriented.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Role)

1) Website Design & Development (WordPress + Elementor)
- Design and build web pages in WordPress using Elementor, with a strong focus on clean UX, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Create and maintain reusable components (sections, templates, global styles) to keep the site scalable and consistent.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, accessibility basics, and high-quality QA before publishing.

2) Landing Pages & Campaign Builds
- Build high-performing landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead gen
