HR Manager – Chandigarh Division | Meadbery

Location: Chandigarh Tricity (On-site, 6-day week)

Compensation: ₹18,000–₹30,000 fixed + up to ₹3,000 performance bonus

Team Size to Oversee: 60–100 (Sales, Dietitians, Ops)

Reporting to: Founder

Meadbery is a quick-growing healthcare D2C brand. We run high-energy sales and service floors and value speed, ownership, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Handle employee documentation, HR policies, and compliance
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:




- Minimum age: 27 years
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (adjust as needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
