Key Responsibilities
- To monitored all daily routine activity of microbiology laboratory.
- Microbiology sampling of WFI, Purified water, soft water, compressed air, etc.
- Media preparation and its records.
- Microbiological analysis of finished goods, raw material & water.
- Total organic carbon of water for injection & purified water.
- Environmental Monitoring of aseptic areas by active & passive method.
- Daily & monthly calibration of microbiology lab instrument like analytical balance, pH meter, TOC
- Temperature & RH Monitoring of area.
- Temperature monitoring of incubators, refrigerator.
- Bacterial Endotoxin Test
- Sterility Test
