Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matters related to land and real estate transactions.
- Conduct property title verification and legal due diligence.
- Review and draft Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs and other legal documents.
- Verify RTC, Mutation, Khata, Encumbrance Certificate and other land records.
- Handle land conversion, registration and property-related legal matters.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar offices and other government authorities.
- Handle legal notices, disputes and litigation-related matters when required.
- Identify legal risks and provide legal advice to management.
- Maintain proper legal records and documentation.
