Role Overview

Shieldbyte Infosec is looking for an experienced and process-driven
Manager – Sales Operations & Inside Sales
to strengthen our growing sales organization. The Manager – Sales Operations & Inside Sales will drive
sales process discipline, inside sales performance, CRM governance, pipeline management, lead conversion, reporting, and sales productivity
. The role requires a hands-on qualified who can manage day-to-day sales operations while ensuring that leads, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups, and closures move systematically through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the
Inside Sales & Sales Operations
function.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle from
lead allocation to qualification, follow-up, proposal and closure
.
- Establish strong CRM discipline and ensure timely and accurate updates by the sales team.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly
sales pipelines, targets,



conversions and forecasts
.
- Track inbound, outbound, digital marketing, partner and referral leads.
- Drive structured follow-up mechanisms to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-order conversion.
- Review ageing opportunities, pending proposals and stalled leads and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technical, consulting and delivery teams for scope finalization and proposal preparation.
- Monitor proposal turnaround time, pricing approvals and commercial follow-ups.
- Develop dashboards covering
lead conversion, sales funnel, proposal conversion, sales cycle, revenue forecast and individual performance
.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and ensure closure of agreed action items.
- Identify process gaps and implement sales automation and productivity improvements.
- Support outbound campaigns, account mapping, prospecting and database development.
