Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using Rhapsody Integration Engine.
- Configure and manage routes, communication points, filters, lookup tables, message definitions, and code snippets.
- Develop integrations between clinical, imaging, laboratory, billing, and enterprise applications.
- Transform and map healthcare messages across formats such as HL7 v2.x, FHIR, DICOM, XML, JSON, and APIs.
- Build and support REST and SOAP web service integrations.
- Perform interface testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor production interfaces and resolve data flow, connectivity, and transformation issues.
- Configure error handling, message recovery, acknowledgements,



and alerting mechanisms.
- Support deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, application teams, and external vendors during solution delivery.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, interface documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.
