- Guide customers on product and accessories selection.
- Engage with Architects / Interior Designers accompanying / appointed by customers for a sound positioning of the brand as well as business maximisation
2) Visit customer homes –
- Project a skilled image of the organisation through skillful and polished conduct.
- Understanding the Home design and assessing the furnishing scope
- Developing and co-creating suitable solution for furnishing as per customer vision and organisation offering
- Finalizing designs with customers through convincing based on complete customer understanding.
3) Knowledge Management
- Thoroughly understand the Interio Design Philosophy
- Maintain and update knowledge wrt styles, trends, competition, products and
- Educate Store team on the Design ‘Body of Knowledge’ in context and scope of Interio Store business.
4) Relationship Management
- Play lead role in Networking with architects and interior designers by relationship building at the Store level.
- Maintenance of Connect with the modern consumer in context of their evolving needs for furnishing homes.
6) Image Management with Customers / Influencers
- Educate and position the Interio solutions as modern, innovative and contemporary solutions for evolving Indian spaces.
- Ensure smooth and delightful end-to-end customer experience
7) Support to Store Team
- Maintain instore the Visual Merchandising as per VM Guidelines
- Handhold / involve in handling customer queries for fellow Sales persons
