Digital marketing professionals will execute our digital marketing strategy, will have expertise in social media marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, and campaign optimization and will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence, engaging with our online community, and driving conversions across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and brand goals.
- Identify current opportunities and trends in digital and social media marketing to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (content, creative, product, and sales) to create a cohesive digital marketing strategy.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).




- Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain consistent, engaging, and on-brand social media posts.
- Monitor social media activity, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and proactively build community relationships.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Paid Media & Campaigns:
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (PPC, display ads, social ads) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Work with the creative team to produce high-converting ads, landing pages, and digital assets for campaigns.
- Monitor, report on, and optimize digital ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Content Strategy & Creation:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content (written, visual, video) tailored to different digital platforms.
