Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform production planning decisions.
- Optimize inventory levels by forecasting demand, managing stockouts, and minimizing overstocking.
Job Requirements :
- 6-19 years of experience in demand planning or a related field (e.g. supply chain management).
- Strong understanding of demand planning principles, including forecasting techniques and analytics tools.
- Experience working in the automobile industry or a similar quick-paced environment.
