Purpose of the Role

"To support the Section Incharge in ensuring timely availability of materials by closely following up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolving day-to-day supply issues.

To assist in maintaining production continuity by tracking shortages, supporting quality issue closure, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams."

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Execute supplier follow-ups as per SIC-defined production plan
- Support implementation of PPRS / Min-Max updates for assigned items
- Follow up suppliers for invoices and dispatch documents
- Ensure material availability to avoid production stoppage
- Assist SIC in recent vendor development
- Ensure assigned supplier actions are completed on time




- Ensure documentation accuracy to avoid payment delays
- Assist in basic cost-saving through timely material flow
- Help achieve internal customer delivery targets
- Daily supplier follow-up for delivery as per SIC plan
- Track and update shortages, dispatch status, and supplier commitments
- Update ERP/MRP entries and maintain records
- Ensure availability of BOP/CBD materials for production
- Report recurring issues for improvement actions
- Work with suppliers and internal teams
