OB DESCRIPTION – STORE EXECUTIVE

1. Job Purpose

To manage the receipt, storage, issue, and accurate record-keeping of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other inventory items while maintaining proper stock control and warehouse discipline.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials, packing materials, and other goods from suppliers.
- Verify quantity, material, batch number, and documents against Purchase Order/GRN.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of all materials.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved material requisition.
- Maintain stock records in ERP/Excel/register.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation for all material movements.
- Support monthly and annual inventory audits.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
