SILPHONY is a design-led luxury silver jewellery brand creating contemporary jewellery with a distinctive Indian soul. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to lead sales at our Gurgaon showroom and contribute actively to the brand’s growth.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of sales targets, lead the junior sales team and proactively create opportunities to bring recent customers to the brand.

The role goes beyond managing showroom walk-ins. The Sales Manager will be expected to actively explore opportunities around Gurgaon, build local connections, generate leads, increase showroom footfalls and contribute towards growing online sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, guide and motivate Junior Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales, enquiries,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Proactively generate new leads instead of depending only on showroom walk-ins.
- Identify opportunities for promoting SILPHONY in and around Gurgaon.
- Develop relationships with nearby corporates, residential communities, clubs, lifestyle businesses, event organisers and other relevant networks.
- Explore local collaborations, events, pop-ups and other activities that can generate brand awareness and sales.
- Follow up consistently with existing enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Work closely with the digital/marketing team to convert online enquiries into customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Understand customer preferences and provide feedback to the management for better product and sales strategies.
