Social Media Lead

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Lead reporting into the Digital & PR Head someone who can own the social media presence of Max Estates end to end while governing our agency ecosystem.

You'll set the bar for our social content in partnership with our designers, and steer social from strategy through to publishing.

This is a hands-on role with governance scope: equal parts strategy, execution, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

*Social Media Management*

Own day-to-day social media management across Max Estates' channels content calendars, publishing, community management, and performance.

– Develop and drive the social media strategy across platforms, aligned to brand and business priorities.

– Track, analyse, and report on channel performance, using insights to sharpen content and grow engagement.

– Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the brand's social presence.

*Agency Governance*

– Govern the social and content agency relationship: brief, review, hold to timelines and quality,



and manage the approval and reporting cadence.

– Act as the internal quality gate between agency output and the brand, ensuring everything ships on-brand and on-time.

– Manage day-to-day coordination, feedback loops, and deliverable tracking across agency partners.

*Creative Collaboration*

– Partner closely with the designers (internal and external) + project managers on the floor on mood-boarding, visual referencing, and creative direction for social content and campaigns (as and when required)

– Bring references, tone, and direction to the table so social creative is sharp and on-brand.

*Brand-Led Initiatives*

– Work closely on flagship brand initiatives, launches, and social-first campaigns.

– Support content IPs, event communications, and integrated campaigns as they arise.

– 8-10 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and brand communication – agency-side,
