We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who is highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and understands how to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels.

What we’re looking for
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent understanding of Reels / Short-form content
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, cuts and transitions
- Ability to create hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
- Good understanding of music, beat cuts, SFX and sound design
- Clean and modern text animation / typography
- Ability to make videos feel natural, energetic and non-AI/generic
- Positive understanding of colour correction and colour grading
- Ability to work with multi-camera / multiple takes and select the strongest moments
- Creative enough to suggest improvements instead of simply following instructions
- Ability to understand a screenplay and translate it into an engaging final edit

Interview Task

Shortlisted candidates may be given a small raw-footage task to edit in Premiere Pro.

We want to see how you think as an editor, not just whether you know which buttons to press.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
