About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Caller who can connect with potential clients and help us bring current businesses on board for our social media services.

This is an incentive-based role where your earnings are directly linked to the clients you successfully onboard.

What You’ll Do
- Call and connect with potential clients/business owners.
- Explain our social media management, content creation and marketing services.
- Understand the client’s requirements and budget.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Coordinate with our team when needed to answer client questions.
- Take the conversation from the first call to successful client onboarding.
- Maintain a simple record of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Incentive Structure
- No incentive for just making calls or generating leads.
- The incentive is paid only when the client is successfully onboarded.

For example:
- Lead generated → No incentive
- Client interested → No incentive




- Meeting/discussion completed → No incentive
- Client agrees but payment is pending → No incentive
- Client signs up and onboarded successfully → ✅ Incentive

Who We’re Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Someone who is consistent with follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of social media is an advantage.
