Salary-25k to 37k in hand salary + Incentive (Performance based)
Qualification: - Post-Graduate
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing
- Valid driving license

Experience required: - 4+ years (Sales & Marketing Department-Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our organization. A Business Development executive is responsible for meeting potential and existing customers in person to promote and lead the company's products or services. The role involves achieving sales targets, generating leads by visiting clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet prospective customers to present and explain products/services
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets




- Conduct market research and monitor competitors
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
- To do negotiation with new customer.
- Follow up on payments, leads and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare the cost break up for recent sample
- Resolve the customer's complaints.
- Meet the customer and take the sample and drawing.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Strong computer skills like Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Ms word also
- Market research and analytical skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Customer visits and business travel.
