- Must have 5.5+ Years of over-all experience
- Manage end-to-end AP invoice processing using ReadSoft OCR, Kofax including validation, SAP posting, exception handling, and reconciliation.
- Configure and maintain ReadSoft INVOICES, Process Director, Cockpit profiles, mailboxes, collectors, and workflow settings.
- Integrate ReadSoft with SAP MM/FI-CO, Ariba, and other enterprise applications using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and basic ABAP.
- Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, analyze logs, resolve extraction errors, and optimize workflow performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and production support activities.
