About the Role

We are looking for a proactive In-House Sales Executive to handle B2B sales of textile fabrics and saree materials. The person will be responsible for handling existing customers, generating new business through calls and WhatsApp, following up on enquiries, and coordinating samples and orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Generate new B2B customers through cold calling, WhatsApp and database follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements regarding fabric, quality, design, color, price and quantity.
- Explain product specifications and pricing to customers.




- Share product photos, videos, samples and catalogues with customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the sample/design team for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, samples and orders in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers until order delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling different fabrics/designs.
- Collect customer feedback regarding quality, price, design and market demand.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
