1. Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a self- driven and articulated Assistant Manager- Inside Sales & Marketing with retail sector experience to join our growing team.
- Business Development: This role is central to expanding Nectar Fresh's domestic and international client base, executing targeted outreach, and supporting the marketing function with brand and content activities. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

2.1 Business Development and B2B Sales
- Identify and pursue current B2B sales opportunities across domestic and international markets including retailers, distributors, exporters, hotels, and institutional buyers.
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospects; track outreach, follow-up, and conversion at each stage.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and samples to prospective clients.
- Closing sales and on boarding new accounts.




- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and outcomes in a CRM or tracking tool.

2.2 Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Research target markets, buyer profiles, and competitor activity to identify the right leads for outreach.
- Qualify inbound inquiries promptly and move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
- Set up product discovery calls and buyer meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update the leads database with current contact details and interaction history.

2.3 Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, emailers, and trade promotions.
- Contribute to creating marketing content, product write-ups, and buyer-facing collateral in coordination with the design and brand team.
- Support the preparation of company and product profiles
