We are looking for a strong, outspoken and hands-on Process Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should be confident dealing with contractors, supervisors and vendors, and should be comfortable taking ownership of site progress and ensuring work is completed as per schedule.

This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who can take charge, follow up relentlessly and make sure things get done.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities across interior projects.
- Regularly follow up with contractors, supervisors, carpenters, electricians, painters and other site teams to ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site schedules and work timelines.
- Track pending work and ensure tasks are completed within the committed timelines.
- Communicate clearly with contractors and site teams and ensure instructions are properly understood and executed.
- Take ownership of site-level problem solving and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.




- Follow up on material requirements, deliveries and dependencies that may affect site progress.
- Coordinate between the design, procurement, site and contractor teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain daily/weekly updates on completed, ongoing and pending work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to the required design, quality and finishing standards.
- Escalate major delays or issues to management with clear updates and proposed solutions.
- Ensure contractors and supervisors remain accountable for their assigned work.
