The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development, material research, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve products, materials, and designs.

Research market trends, recent materials, and competitor products.

Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.

Work closely with design, production, and supplier teams.

Ensure product quality, compliance, and industry standards.

Drive innovation and sustainable product development.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development.

Experience in Furniture Industry is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
