Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the store, engaging with customers, and handling their queries.
- Assist customers with selecting frames, lenses, and other products based on their preferences and prescriptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in optical technician field (Optical preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, fitting techniques for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
