Role Description
The Field Sales Executive – Business Loans is a full time, on-site role based at Hyderabad House. The position involves identifying and visiting prospective business customers, explaining loan products, and assessing their financial requirements. The executive will guide customers through the loan process, including documentation, KYC, and coordination with partner banks, while maintaining regular follow-ups until disbursement.



Daily responsibilities include managing leads, building and nurturing relationships with clients and bank representatives, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality post-sales customer support. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions, market feedback, and competitor activities to support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
