Junior - Senior Architect

(Prefer Pune based candidates)

Location- Baner, Pune

Experience- 2-12 Years

A. Key Responsibilities
- Perform design drafting, including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and detailed drawings for architectural, structural, and mechanical works associated with building construction projects.
- Prepare and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.
- Develop details and sections, work as a team player to ensure project progress, and follow up closely whenever required.
- Coordinate and scrutinize structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochures, etc.
- Prepare all drawings and details required for submission to various authorities for NOCs.
- Develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design, and space-planning solutions.




- Ensure end-to-end coordination between the Site Supervisor, consultants, and internal Design Team.
- Provide finish selections, including colour palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting, and other interior selections.
- Prepare and/or coordinate schedules, specifications, design reports, and design presentations.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Arch/M.Arch with an experience of 7 to 10 Yrs.
- Prior working experience in Hospitals (Preferred), Residential, Institutional ect.
- Good working Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office, Sketchup ect
- Out of box thinking and future readiness.
- Valuable decision-making & analytical abilities.
- Makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information.
