1. JOB PURPOSE

To support and drive the company's domestic and international sales and marketing activities by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, generating business opportunities, coordinating with distributors and sales partners, and supporting the company's overall market expansion strategy.

The role will be responsible for converting market opportunities into profitable business while strengthening customer relationships and the company's presence across targeted industries and geographies.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop recent customers in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, customer references, exhibitions, digital platforms and industry networks.
- Prepare and execute customer-wise and territory-wise sales plans.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business development meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable company products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries,



quotations, trials, purchase orders and repeat business.
- Negotiate with customers within approved commercial guidelines.
- Develop long-term relationships with procurement, technical, quality and management teams of customers.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

B. International Sales & Export Development
- Identify potential customers, distributors, agents and channel partners in international markets.
- Support development of markets in Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America, Latin America and other assigned regions.
- Coordinate with international distributors for lead generation and customer development.
- Prepare export quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Follow up on export enquiries, samples, trials and commercial orders.
