Role & responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on specified documents and update relevant databases to deliver insightful analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and analysis, ensure they are error- free and meet established deadlines, crucial in an outsourcing setting where timely information is paramount for client reliance.
- Assess client feedback and satisfaction levels regarding the quality of financial analyses and services rendered.
- Evaluate the thoroughness and excellence of financial analyses, incorporating metrics such as the scope of financial metrics reviewed, and the complexity of cases handled.
- Uphold adherence to rigorous quality assurance standards and protocols in all financial analyses conducted.
- Maintain strict data security and confidentiality standards throughout all processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/ masters degree (in Commerce/Finance /Business administration)
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel
Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in backend operations in BFSI domain is must
