We are looking for a responsible, well-connected Community Engagement Officer to help manage the ASVA House community and create meaningful experiences for our members.

This is a volunteer leadership role, ideal for a founder or established professional who is passionate about community-building, entrepreneurship, and bringing exceptional people together.

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture the ASVA House founder community.
- Welcome new members and help them feel connected to the space.
- Build relationships with founders, partners, speakers, and community members.
- Plan and coordinate high-quality events, including founder meetups, networking evenings, talks, workshops, and private gatherings.
- Source relevant speakers, collaborators, and event partners.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality, professionalism, and member experience.




- Gather member feedback and suggest ways to improve community programming.
- Represent ASVA House with warmth, discretion, and confidence.

- Outstanding C-suite-level communication skills, including fluent and polished spoken and written English.
- Highly responsible, organised, and proactive.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience organising events, managing communities, hospitality, partnerships, or member experiences.
- A natural connector with good judgement and attention to detail.
