We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a confident personality, and the ability to identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and convert leads into successful business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements and needs.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and product/service presentations to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and effectively to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to drive conversions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, and Customer Support to improve client experience.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
