Wood Couture is looking for a driven and commercially focused

Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team in Gurugram.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying high-value projects, and converting opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across hospitality, commercial, residential & real estate sectors.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, hotel operators, contractors & PMC consultants.
- Identify upcoming projects and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Handle RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Present product and supply solutions aligned with client design requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines and commercial terms.




- Drive opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and order closure.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Experience in FF&E;, luxury interiors, hospitality procurement, furniture, architectural products, building materials or related industries preferred.
- Existing network with architects, designers, developers, hospitality groups, contractors or PMC consultants will be an advantage.
- Understanding of BOQs, RFQs, project procurement and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
