ROLE

Address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.



Work closely with application support and development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address customer concerns and issues regarding our SaaS web-based application

• Document complaint reports and troubleshooting steps

• Assist software developers to resolve technical issues during the software development process

• Understand customer concerns, data, and processes to identify appropriate code or data-based solutions

• Deliver solutions that are robust and stable and scalable across the customer base

• Develop reports and data outputs that can be consumed by customers and internal stakeholders

• Improve the performance of the system through tuning activities

• Functionally decompose problems into straightforward, straight-forward solutions

• Work in an Agile environment

• Understand system interdependencies and limitations

• Identify and solve technology-related bottlenecks
