- Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain positive morale across all departments.
- Payroll & Perks: Oversee attendance tracking, leave policies, salary inputs, and local labor law compliance.
- Training & Development: Coordinate service standard programs, safety protocols, and cross-departmental skill building.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
