Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Head MEP Execution to lead and manage end-to-end MEP execution activities for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality, safety, testing & commissioning, and timely completion of all MEP works.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale projects.
- Plan and monitor execution of HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Fire Protection and other building services.
- Develop MEP execution strategies, work plans and schedules in line with overall project timelines.
- Review and ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings and method statements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Planning, Procurement,



QA/QC and Safety teams for seamless project execution.
- Lead and manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Review technical drawings, material submittals, technical specifications and resolve design/execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper coordination and clash-free integration of MEP services with structural and architectural works.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, statutory regulations and project specifications.
- Lead inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure timely handover.
