Role: Assistant Pastry Chef Instructor

About:

Food Consulate is looking for an Assistant Pastry Chef for our Pastry & Camp; Bakery training school based out of Chennai, India.

We expect the candidate to have a minimum of 5 + years of experience in pastry/ bakery production and or training either in a five star category hotel or equivalent training institute. Exposure to training and development is a must and you should be able to communicate clearly in English.

Attractive salary and incentives will be directly proportional to n and commitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Practical Production: Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for the bakery and pastry production. This includes creating European style pastries, chocolate work, cakes, breads,



confections, and other related products.

2. Teaching and Training: The candidate should have experience in teaching or training. They will be responsible for imparting their knowledge and expertise to our students, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and guidance to excel in their pastry and bakery careers.

3. Communication and Teamwork: Assistant Pastry Chef should have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi. They should be able to effectively communicate with peers and students, providing transparent instructions and guidance.
