* Make outbound calls to current and existing customer leads.

* Understand customer preferences, requirements and purchase intent.

* Engage customers in a warm, natural and professional manner.

* Follow up consistently with interested customers and prospects.

* Generate qualified leads and convert them into store visits and sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.

* Coordinate with the retail/store teams for customer visits and requirements.

* Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across every interaction.

* Achieve defined calling, lead generation, follow-up and conversion targets.

* Share customer feedback and insights with the team.
