Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in identifying and hiring qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, good candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and suitability.





Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.

Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.

Required Skills

Strong candidate sourcing and recruitment skills.

Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good candidate relationship management and follow-up skills.

Experience

1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting.

Experience in agency recruitment, recruitment consultancy, education recruitment, or BPO hiring will be an added advantage.
