Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 56 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, induction and employee records.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave, salary inputs and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee grievances and support employee relations activities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Support training, learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel records.




- Conduct employee engagement activities and improve workplace culture.
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with various departments on manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Support HR policies, processes and implementation across the organization.
- Assist management in HR-related reporting and decision-making.

Required Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to payroll, attendance, leave management and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS and HRMS systems.
